Terms of Use

These terms apply when you play Neon Arena ("the game"). By using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the game.

1. The game

Neon Arena is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the game for your own entertainment.

2. Online play and your account

• Online features (arena, friends, parties, chat, leaderboards) require an internet connection and our servers. We may change, pause or end online features at any time.
• You are responsible for the pilot name and nickname you choose. Names that are offensive, impersonate others or contain personal information may be changed or removed.

3. Fair play and behavior

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use modified clients or automation, attack or overload our servers, or harass other players. Keep chat respectful: no hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam or sharing of personal information. You can report and block players in the game.

We may reset progress, remove ratings or block online access for players who break these rules.

4. In-game currency and items

Coins, gems, upgrades, skins and other in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you only for use inside the game. We may rebalance the game, which can change how items work.

5. Content

All game content — art, characters, music, sounds and code — belongs to the developers of Neon Arena or their licensors. Please don't copy, sell or redistribute it.

6. No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost progress.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep playing after an update, the new terms apply. The date at the top shows the latest version.
