Privacy Policy

Neon Arena is a game. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

What we collect

• Game progress (coins, levels, upgrades, settings) is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account. We do not see it.
• Online profile. If you play the online arena, our server stores a random player ID, your pilot name, chosen avatar, rating and win/loss counts so other players can see them in matches.
• Friends, parties and chat. If you add friends, our server stores your friend list and pending requests. Room chat messages are delivered to players in the same room and are not kept after the room closes, except messages you or others report for abuse.
• Leaderboards. If you sign in with Apple and choose a nickname, our server stores your best arcade score and campaign stars and shows your nickname, avatar and these results on public leaderboards.
• Push notifications. If you allow notifications, we store a device token to tell you about friend invites and open matches. You can turn them off in iOS Settings at any time.
• Anonymous usage statistics. The app sends anonymous events (for example "level finished", "match started") with a random install ID that is not linked to your name, Apple ID or advertising ID. We use them only to improve the game. They are deleted after 120 days.
• Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. To understand how the game is played and to fix crashes, the app uses Google's Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. They collect an app instance ID generated by Firebase, device model, iOS version, approximate country, game events (for example "match started") and, if the app crashes, a crash report. This data is not linked to your name, Apple ID or advertising ID and is not used for advertising. See how Google uses this data.
• Support requests. If you email us or send feedback, we receive your message and the email address you send it from.

Advertising and tracking

Neon Arena currently shows no ads and contains no advertising SDKs. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across other apps or websites. If this changes, we will update this policy first.

Sign in with Apple

If you sign in with Apple, we only use the anonymous user identifier Apple provides to keep your online profile (nickname, rating, leaderboard results) on any device. We do not receive your email unless you choose to share it.

Children

Neon Arena is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Deleting your data

• Local and iCloud progress: Settings → Reset progress in the app.
• Everything at once: Settings → Delete account immediately deletes your online profile (name, rating, friends, leaderboard records, Apple ID link) from our server, and your progress from the device and iCloud.
• You can also email us at admin@vaulthub.us and we will delete your data within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
